1. Core Values Charades:

Write down the company's core values on separate cards or sticky notes.
Divide the team into small groups and ask them to pick a core value randomly.

Each group must create a charades-style skit or pantomime that represents the chosen core value without using words. Encourage the other groups to guess the core value being portrayed.

Discuss the importance of each core value and how it contributes to the team's alignment with the company's values.

2. Values in Action Projects:

Assign teams or individuals with projects that require them to actively apply the company's core values.
Monitor and assess how the projects align with the values, and provide feedback and recognition accordingly. Share the projects' outcomes and impact with the larger team to reinforce the importance of values alignment.

Values in Action Scenarios: Create scenarios or case studies that require the team to make decisions or solve problems while considering the company's core values.

Split the team into groups and provide each group with a scenario.
Ask them to discuss and present their solutions, emphasizing how their choices align with the core values.
Facilitate a group discussion to compare different approaches and reinforce the values alignment for decision making or solving problems.

3. Value Spotting:

Divide the team into pairs or small groups and provide them with a list of the company's core values.
Ask each group to identify instances where team members have demonstrated or embodied these values.

Encourage them to share specific examples and discuss the impact of these actions on team alignment and culture.

4. Core Values Collage:

Provide magazines, newspapers, art supplies, and other materials.
Ask team members to create collages that represent the company's core values visually.

Encourage them to find images, words, and symbols that capture the essence of each value.
Display the collages in a common area as a visual reminder of the team's commitment to the core values.

5. Core Values Recognition:

Set up a system where team members can recognize and appreciate their colleagues for exemplifying the company's core values.
Implement a peer-to-peer recognition program or a values- focused "shout-out" session during team meetings.
Celebrate and acknowledge individuals who consistently demonstrate the core values in their work.

6. Values Reflection Exercise:

Provide team members with a list of the company's core values and ask them to rank the values based on personal importance. Facilitate a discussion where team members share their rankings and discuss their reasoning. Identify commonalities and differences, fostering a deeper understanding of individual and collective values alignment.

7. Core Values Team-Building Game:

Create a team-building game that incorporates challenges, puzzles, or problem-solving activities related to the core values. Divide the team into groups and provide them with the game materials and instructions.
Each challenge should require the teams to apply the core values to succeed.
Debrief the game, discussing how the core values influenced decision-making and problem-solving.

8. Core Values Integration Workshop:

Conduct a workshop dedicated to integrating the company's core values into daily work practices.
Brainstorm strategies, ideas, and action plans for incorporating the values into individual and team behaviors.

Encourage team members to share examples of how they have integrated the values into their work and discuss the impact.

9. Core Values Reflection Circle:

Arrange a reflective discussion circle where team members can openly share personal stories or experiences related to the core values.
Encourage each team member to share a story that demonstrates how they have personally connected with the core values. Foster an environment of active listening, empathy, and appreciation for diverse experiences and perspectives.
